This crispy hashbrown chicken breakfast sandwich is the ultimate no-bread breakfast melt! Layering air-fried chicken, gooey cheese, and fried eggs between two golden hashbrown "buns" made in the Mini Dash waffle maker, it’s a high-protein, low-carb morning win packed with flavor and crunch.

Instructions
Set your air fryer to 400
Add your chicken breast filet to the air fryer for 20 minutes (depending on your fryer) Make sure to flip half way!
Heat up your Mini Dash Maker
Mix your hashbrowns with seasoning
Once your Dash is ready, spray both top and bottom with ICBINB, add little bit of cheese, half of your hashbrowns, a little more cheese and close. Once your light turns off it is done. This should only take roughly 5-7 minutes.
Place your cooked hashbrown waffle onto the cooling rack and repeat for your other hashbrown waffle.
Fry up your eggs and set aside then place your cheese on top.
Once everything is cooked, assemble with your hashbrown waffle "bun", then your chicken filet, egg with cheese and top hashbrown waffle "bun". ENJOY!
