This is one of my favorite meal preps right here. They are SO delicious, easy and everyone at the office will be jealous when you heat these bad boys up. There are so many different varieties of burrito bowls but this is my fav with just how flavorful this is!
Caramelize your chopped onion in the fry pan. Just use water when they start to brown then stir them around. Repeat this method until all the onions are completely brown.
Place your chicken in the air fryer at 400 for 10 minutes.
Drain your canned beans and corn then set aside.
When the chicken is cooked, take out and cut into bite size pieces.
Pour your cheese sauce and sour cream in condiment containers and set aside.
When your rice is done, assemble your bowls as pictured.
