Cheesy Bagel Breakfast Sandwich
Friends let me tell you just how incredible this sandwich is! I love all kinds of melted cheese on all sorts of foods so when I thought of this one I was dancing in the kitchen. I love bagel sandwiches but when you fry it up in cheese it adds a delicious crispiness when it melts to the bread. I am here for this one on repeat!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Royo Bagel
- 1 tsp Dak's Original Red Seasoning
- 3/8 cup 3 cheese blend shredded cheese
- 1 slice Velveeta
- 2-3/4 tbsp Bacon Pieces
- 3 Eggs
- Spray Light Butter
Instructions
- Slice your bagel in half and set aside
- Scramble your eggs with seasoning and bacon pieces and set aside
- I used the same fry pan so I cleaned that out to use for next step
- Spray non stick on your pan then add half the shredded cheese
- Place your half bagel cut side down on top of the cheese
- Add your eggs and your slice of cheese
- Top your other half of the bagel cut side facing up and top with just a little of your shredded cheese to melt
- Use a spatula and pick up your sandwich while you take next step
- Spray non stick on your pan then the rest of your shredded cheese
- Flip your sandwich over so that the other half of you bagel melts into the cheese
- Transfer to your plate and eat up!
