OH EM GEE this yogurt bowl is now my all time favorite! The pumpkin cheesecake flavor with the cereal...it literally is like eating a piece of pie!
This entire bowl is only 6 points and comes in at a whopping 42 grams of protein!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Libby’s Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 grams Sugar/Fat Free Cheesecake Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 fl oz Sugar Free Caramel Pumpkin Coffee Syrup
  • 1/4 tsp Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Keto Cereal
  • 2 tbsp Light Whipped Cream
  • 10 grams Lily's Sugar Free White Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Powder

Instructions
 

  • Mix the yogurt with extracts, pudding mix, brown sugar, coffee syrup and pumpkin spices.
  • Add the yogurt to your fancy bowl.
  • Mix your PBfit with water for your desired consistency.
  • Add the PBfit, pure pumpkin, and cereal to your bowl.
  • Top with whipped cream, dash of pumpkin spice and baking chips.
