- 1.5 lbs Chicken Breast
- 3 tbsp Spanglish Al Pastor Seasoning
- 2 cups White Rice
- 2-2/3 cups Roasted Corn
- 3/4 cup Tostitos Queso Blanco (white queso)
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 whole Lime
Season chicken breasts with Al Pastor Seasoning
Air Fry at 400 for 25 minutes - until fully cooked at 165 degrees
While your chicken cooks, make your rice in your cooker
Once your chicken is fully cooked, let it sit for 5-8 minutes to cool down before slicing.
While your chicken cools down, heat up your corn in a fry pan or microwave and stir in queso then set aside.
Put 2-3 tbsp each of queso into condiment containers and top with Al Pastor seasoning.
Assemble your bowls, the rice on one side and corn on the other.
Slice your chicken and add on top of your rice/corn.
Add cilantro, lime wedges and queso.
