Creamy Steak Pasta

This turned out AMAZING! I bought a 6 pack of the Carba-Nada pasta from Amazon and let me tell you...it is DELISH!
I had to rummage through my fridge to clean out leftovers and this beautiful delicious bowl is what I came up with.

  • 3 Laughing Cow Creamy Garlic & Herb Wedges

Instructions

  • Boil your pasta in the sauce pan
  • Broil or grill your steak
  • Mix your sauce ingredients in your Ninja/Blender and set aside
  • Once your pasta is done, drain water and put back into your sauce pan
  • Pour in your sauce and simmer for just a few minutes.
  • Add your cilantro and sundried tomatoes to the pasta
  • When the steak is done, cut to your liking. I sliced thin.
  • Add pasta to your bowl, top with steak then garnish with dried italian herbs and freshly grated parmesan cheese (optional)
