Crispy Chicken and Apple Salad

With the weather being warm the summer vibes are kicking in even though it is still spring! I love having fresh, crispy and refreshing salads when it is warm weather.
This is a delicious salad and the Panera dressing is AMAZING! A little goes a long way so watch how much you put on there!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Big Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 5 oz Just Bare Chicken Bites
  • 2 cups Cherry Almond Gorgonzola Salad Bag (no dressing)
  • 1/8 cup Reduced Sugar Dried Cranberries
  • 1/2 Granny Smith Apple
  • 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
  • 1 tbsp Gorgonzola Cheese
  • 1/8 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 2 tbsp Panera Fuji Apple Vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Air fry your chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
  • While your chicken cooks, chop up your veggies
  • When the chicken is cooked, cut up into smaller bite size pieces
  • Assemble your bowl and ENJOY!
