Healthy Autumn Bowl

This is one of my all time favorite autumn bowls! It is a one sheet pan meal which is so simple and delicious!
The combination of flavors in this bowl is AMAZING and I look forward to Autumn coming every year so I can get the freshest of these ingredients!

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Large Cookie Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 cup Beets
  • 1 Medium Apple
  • 2 AmyLu Chicken Sausage

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 425
  • Peel your beets and cut up into bite size pieces
  • Peel and chop up your brussel sprouts
  • Slice your Chicken Sausage
  • Slice and dice your apple then set aside
  • Once oven is preheated, lay out your beets, chicken sausage and brussel sprouts then drizzle EVOO and bake for 9 minutes
  • Take your pan out and add apple and bake for another 2
  • Your beets will still have a bit of a crunch so if you like them softer, bake them for an additional 8 minutes before adding anything else
  • Add it all to your bowl and top with poultry seasoning (optional)
