Mango Blueberry Chicken Salad
I was in the mood for a big, beautiful and fresh salad with amazing seasonal fruit. This hit it out of the park! I love honey mustard dressing too with this as it give the flavors such an amazing combo!

Mango

Mixed Greens

Reduced Sugar Dried Cranberries

Honey Mustard Dressing (I like Bolthouse Farms)
Instructions
Air Fry your chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
Cut up your mango and rinse your fruit
Chop up your lettuce (I buy bagged already chopped)
Once chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
Fill your bowl with all the goodness!!
