I love the holidays, not only for the family, presents and holiday cheer but of course for the FOOD!This dip is the perfect addition to any dessert charcuterie board/platter and will have your friends and family coming back for more!
3/4cupChocolate Protein Shake (I used Premier Protein)
1/4tspPeppermint Extract (use more or less depending on your tasting)
1/2containerZero Sugar Cool Whip Topping
1/8cupLily's Sugar Free Chocolate Baking Chips
1Sprinkle of crushed candy canes
Instructions
Mix your pudding, protein shake and extract until smooth
Add in your cool whip topping and mix until smooth
Pour in the chocolate chips and mix
Spoon into your serving bowl and top with crushed candy canes
Notes
Store in the fridge for 2 days or freezer up to 1 month. If taking out of the freezer, put into fridge night before. When thawed, mix in more protein shake to get to the consistency you like!
