This weeks lunch meal prep is going to be AMAZING! Well, yes I already tasted it of course so now I am even more excited.These were super easy and not many ingredients. Pop them in the oven and BAM!
4tbspPizza Sauce (more if you want on the side too)
4tbspBacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
32slicesTurkey Pepperoni
1-1/3cupPineapple
4ozLite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joes)
Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Mix the flour and yogurt until you get a dough consistency
Weigh out your dough evenly and push down flat into each container until the bottom is covered
Add your sauce and spread evenly
Sprinkled seasoning then your cheese
Top with bacon, pineapple and pepperoni then little more cheese
Put your glass containers on a cookie sheet
Bake for 20 minutes
Pull out and top with Italian seasoning.
Notes
Your dough will have a slight doughy consistency. If you do not want that, bake the dough alone in your glass containers for 5 minutes.Total of 12 Weight Watchers points for each!
