- 3/4 cup Nonfat Greek Plain Yogurt (I use Fage)
- 12 grams Sugar Free Vanilla Pudding Mix (I use Simply Delish)
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup 100% Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tsp Granulated Coffee or 2 tbsp of espresso made
- 3/4 cup Catlina Crunch Honey Cashew Protein Granola
- 2 tbsp Zero Sugar Reddi Wip
Mix yogurt with pudding mix, coffee and almond milk until smooth.
Add yogurt mix to your bowl, add pumpkin puree, granola and reddi whip.
Top with cinnamon and nutmeg or pumpkin spice.
