Rice Cake S'more

I'm spreading s'more love with this one! This is such a perfect snack for that sweet tooth and it's so easy to make which is what I love the most.
It's just about camping season and I couldn't be more excited! I love sitting around a campfire no matter whether it is while I am sipping my morning coffee or making s'mores over the fire at night. This is such a good alternative if you don't have a campfire to make s'mores! Well, lets be honest this is delicious even if you do have a campfire!

Equipment

  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chocolate Rice Cake
  • 5 grams Mini M&Ms
  • 2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 1/8 cup Mini Marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • Mix your PBfit powder with water for your desired consistency
  • Spread the peanut butter on your rice cake
  • Add your M&Ms and mini marshmallows
  • Melt the topping with either a culinary torch or broil in oven
