Rocky Road Oatmeal Bowl

YUM this bowl takes me back to ice cream I used to eat as a child. If you love the combination of chocolate, nuts and marshmallows then this one is for you!
I ran out of walnuts which the original ice is made with so I used almonds. Still suuuper delish!

  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Instant Plain Oatmeal Packet
  • 5 grams Sugar/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa
  • 1/8 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1/9 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Swerve Brown Sugar
  • 9 grams Sugar free chocolate chips
  • 6 grams Crushed Almonds
  • 1 tsp Drizzle Light Chocolate Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Heat up your instant oat packet in the microwave, following packet directions.
  • Once done, stir in your pudding mix, brown sugar and extracts.
  • Mix the powdered peanut butter with water to your desired consistency.
  • Transfer your oatmeal into the bowl you will eat out of.
  • Top with your marshmallows, nuts and chocolate chips then drizzle with chocolate sauce.
