Thanks to Simply Delish for the delicious salted caramel pudding mix! I just added it to oatmeal and almond milk and BAM!
Oatmeal keeps me full for a while and it really does have great nutrition benefits!

Lilys Sugar Free Salted Caramel Chocolate Baking Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all of your ingredients together in your baking dish
Top your oats with the chocolate baking chips
Bake for 30 minutes
Divide out into your 4 lunch containers
Top with Reddi Whip, SF caramel syrup and Dak's Chocolate Crave
