Single Serve Protein Banana Bread

Quick and easy banana bread for one! The Premier Protein shakes are delicious by themselves but making recipes out of them are not only fun but it makes everything even more yummy!

Equipment

  • 1 Microwave

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1-1/4 fl oz Bananas & Cream Protein Shake
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Butter Extract
  • 1/2 tbsp PBfit Peanut Butter Powder
  • 10 Lilys Dark Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients with exception of peanut butter in a ramekin
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
  • Drizzle peanut butter on top and sliced bananas (optional)
