- 2/3 cup Idahoan Original Mashed Potato Flakes (prepared)
- 2/3 cup Corn
Skinny BBQ Sauce
- 4 tbsp GHughes Sugar Free Ketchup
- 1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar
Season your flat iron steak with your favorite spices
Broil for 7 minutes
Mix your BBQ sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer, whisking periodically
Flip your steak and season on the side up
Prepare your mashed potatoes in the medium sauce pan
Heat up the corn in a microwave or sauce pan
