  • 1 Small Sauce Pan
  • 1 Broiling Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz Flat Iron Steak
  • 2/3 cup Idahoan Original Mashed Potato Flakes (prepared)
  • 2/3 cup Corn

Skinny BBQ Sauce

  • 4 tbsp GHughes Sugar Free Ketchup
  • 1-1/2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Season your flat iron steak with your favorite spices
  • Broil for 7 minutes
  • Mix your BBQ sauce ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil then simmer, whisking periodically
  • Flip your steak and season on the side up
  • Prepare your mashed potatoes in the medium sauce pan
  • Heat up the corn in a microwave or sauce pan
  • Once the steak is cooked, cut into bite size pieces and mix in with your sauce
  • Layer your bowl starting with your mashed potatoes, then corn.
  • Top your bowl with the steak bites and drizzle of BBQ sauce. Top with green onions (optional)
