White Chocolate Pumpkin Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

These baked oatmeal bowls are DELISH! I love everything pumpkin and this last week Starbucks started the Pumpkin Spice Lattes! Bring on the Fall season!!
You will see lots of pumpkin dishes in my Instagram feed for the next couple months!

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Blender
  • 4 Ramekin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 cup Pure Pumpkin
  • 4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice (can use cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 5 tbsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 64 grams Sugar Free White Chocolate Baking Chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven to 350
  • Mx all ingredients in your blender except for 1/2 amount of white chocolate chips
  • Pour into your ramekins evenly
  • Top with rest of your white chocolate baking chips
  • Bake for 20 minutes if you are reheating later. Bake for 25 if eating immediately. Keep in mind all ovens cook differently so test out the center and cook to your liking!
