1tbspSpanglish Pollo Asado Seasoning or 1/2 tsp of each: onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, chili powder
1tbspParsley Flakes
Garlic Parmesan Sauce
1/2cupLight Butter Spread (I used ICBNB)
1/2cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
4tbspMinced Garlic
1bunchFresh Parsley
Instructions
Pat dry your chicken breasts and cut into bite spice pieces.
Put into a large mixing bowl and season with the Spanglish and parsley flakes.
Air fry at 400 in single layer (I did two separate cooking times to fit all the chicken). Cook at 25 minutes flipping once; depending on your air fryer.
Cook your rice
Pan fry your cabbage just until it slightly softens. I used Pam spray.
Make your garlic parmesan sauce. I melted the butter but if you don't, it will melt with your warm chicken. I found it easier melting it.
When your chicken is cooked, mix the sauce until all pieces are coated.
