Air Fryer Honey Mustard Sockeye Salmon
The salmon is perfectly cooked in the air fryer, tender and flaky with that sweet-tangy honey mustard glaze. Served over a bed of fluffy rice and crispy Brussels sprouts, this plate is not just full of flavor but loaded with healthy nutrients too!

Instructions
Whisk marinade in a small bowl
Place salmon in a shallow baking dish, season with salt & pepper and brush the marinade over both sides. Let marinade for 15 to 30 minutes.
Set your air fryer to 400
Spray air fryer with olive oil spray and place salmon in skin down
Put your brussel sprouts into the dish with marinade that your salmon was in and toss.
Put your brussel sprouts in the air fryer with the salmon and cook for 8 minutes.
Whisk up your dip in a small bowl and set aside.
Cook your rice (I used microwaveable) while your salmon and sprouts are cooking.
When everything is cooked, assemble your bowl and top with parsley and add the dip and lemon slices on the side.
