Start cooking your rice!
In your small saucepan, whisk together all glaze ingredients.
Simmer over medium heat, stirring until thickened. (about 2 minutes)
Remove from heat and set aside.
Set your air fryer to 400
Pat your salmon dry.
Season with paprika and garlic powder.
Brush some of your glaze on top in a thin layer and set aside remaining glaze.
Stick your salmon in the air fryer for 12 minutes (depending on air fryer)
Brush your salmon with more glaze half way through, and then again when you have 1-2 minutes left.
While your salmon is cooking, make your salsa!
Mix your peach, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice and cilantro in a bowl and let it sit while your salmon cooks. Optional to add a little salt too!
In your serving bowl, lay your rice on the bottom then your salmon and then your salsa!
Drizzle the top with a little extra honey and ENJOY!
