Bacon, Egg and Potato Breakfast Panini Crunchwrap

OMG this was AMAZING! The crispiness you get all around the sandwich is unbelievable. I have no idea why it has taken me this long to get a panini press!
This is my favorite breakfast crunchwrap with salty bacon, crispy hashbrown and fluffy scrambled eggs finished off with gooey cheese!!

Cook Time 10 minutes

Equipment

  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Panini Press

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 2 Eggs - scrambled
  • 2-7/8 tbsp Bacon (I love Kirkland Bacon pieces)
  • 1 Trader Joes Hashbrown Patty
  • 3/8 cup Lite Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Trader Joes)
  • I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray

Instructions
 

  • Air fry hashbrown at 400 for 9 minutes
  • Scramble your eggs
  • Microwave bacon to get it slightly crispy
  • Add everything to the middle of your flatbread starting and ending with your shredded cheese.
  • Fold up (see my Instagram Story Highlight Video) and spray sides with butter spray
  • Set in your panini press, push down and cook for 5 minutes. YUM
