Bacon, Egg and Potato Breakfast Panini Crunchwrap
My life has been forever changed with my new Panini Press my husband bought! My brother and sister make panini’s a lot and mentioned that using the Cut da Carb flatbread turns out delicious!
I cannot believe that I have waited this long to jump on the party bus with this one!! Making my crunchwraps on the panini press makes them even cheesier, crunchier and FASTER! Friends, you have GOT to try this!
Bacon, Egg and Potato Breakfast Panini Crunchwrap
OMG this was AMAZING! The crispiness you get all around the sandwich is unbelievable. I have no idea why it has taken me this long to get a panini press! This is my favorite breakfast crunchwrap with salty bacon, crispy hashbrown and fluffy scrambled eggs finished off with gooey cheese!!
Equipment
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Panini Press
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 2 Eggs – scrambled
- 2-7/8 tbsp Bacon (I love Kirkland Bacon pieces)
- 1 Trader Joes Hashbrown Patty
- 3/8 cup Lite Mozzarella Shredded Cheese (Trader Joes)
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
Instructions
- Air fry hashbrown at 400 for 9 minutes
- Scramble your eggs
- Microwave bacon to get it slightly crispy
- Add everything to the middle of your flatbread starting and ending with your shredded cheese.
- Fold up (see my Instagram Story Highlight Video) and spray sides with butter spray
- Set in your panini press, push down and cook for 5 minutes. YUM
