HOLY HOT STUFF this was AH-MAZING! This is one of my favorite sauces and the best part is it is ZERO points! To say I am obsessed with this crunchwrap is putting it lightly. The sauce is what makes the dish. I have been using the sauce recipe from Allie.Carte.Dishes for quite some time now and it really is one of the greatest! Winner winner chicken dinner!
While that cooks, mix your sauce ingredients and set aside.
Chop up your green onions.
When your chicken is done, cut into smallish pieces.
Mix the chicken with most of your sauce, saving some sauce for dipping!
Lay out your flatbread.
Layer the middle of your flatbread with half of your cheese, then chicken, green onions then the rest of your cheese.
Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side...etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!
