Bang Bang Chicken Crunchwraps

I love Bang Bang Shrimp all because of the delicious the sweet and spicy sauce. I had run out of shrimp so I decided to try it with chicken in a crunchwrap! WOW am I glad I did because this was AMAZING!

This is one of my favorite sauces which I found from Allie.Carte.Dishes and have made it TONS of times. I could just eat it with a spoon.


Bang Bang Chicken Crunchwraps

HOLY HOT STUFF this was AH-MAZING! This is one of my favorite sauces and the best part is it is ZERO points!
To say I am obsessed with this crunchwrap is putting it lightly. The sauce is what makes the dish. I have been using the sauce recipe from Allie.Carte.Dishes for quite some time now and it really is one of the greatest!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Small Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Medium Mixing Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 5 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
  • 3/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1/8 cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 1 I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 3 tbsp GHughes Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 3 tsp Swerve Granulated Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Air fry the chicken at 400 for 9 minutes.
  • While that cooks, mix your sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Chop up your green onions.
  • When your chicken is done, cut into smallish pieces.
  • Mix the chicken with most of your sauce, saving some sauce for dipping!
  • Lay out your flatbread.
  • Layer the middle of your flatbread with half of your cheese, then chicken, green onions then the rest of your cheese.
  • Fold up like a present starting with the bottom of your flatbread, then the bottom left corner, side…etc. *See my Instagram Story Highlight for a how-to video!*
  • Spray your folded side down with ICBINB and put in your frypan. Give it a couple minutes on level 7 (med/high) so it turns golden and crispy.
  • Spray the top of your crunchwrap with ICBINB and flip.
  • Once that side is golden, spray the sides and use your spatula to hold one side up and the your ICBINB bottle for the other side. Keep turning the wrap all around so it gets the sides golden.
  • When done, place on a mat and cut in half then ENJOY!

Notes

Total of 12 Weight Watchers points for EACH / half of the plate = 1 full crunchwrap.
