Beef Jerky and Pineapple Pizza
CRAZY GOOD! This was the perfect sweet and salty pizza. I love trying out new ideas (this is not my own) that makes you think outside the box. Take your standard foods and turn them upside down.

Pizza Sauce

Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)

Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers

Instructions
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
Chop up the beef jerky into small pieces.
Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
Take out your flatbread and spread your sauce.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
Add your jerky, pineapple and Italian seasoning.
Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
Take out, slice out and ENJOY!
