Beef Jerky and Pineapple Pizza

CRAZY GOOD! This was the perfect sweet and salty pizza. I love trying out new ideas (this is not my own) that makes you think outside the box. Take your standard foods and turn them upside down.

  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 2 oz Mission Beef Jerky
  • 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
  • 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
  • Chop up the beef jerky into small pieces.
  • Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
  • Take out your flatbread and spread your sauce.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
  • Add your jerky, pineapple and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • Take out, slice out and ENJOY!
