Big Pig Breakfast Sandwich
I love a delicious and big breakfast! When it is meal prepped, it's even better.
These breakfast sandwiches are perfect for filling you up each morning at work.

Ingredients

Thomas Light English Muffins

Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)

Deli Smoked Ham

slices
Velveeta
4
Eggs
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375
Whisk eggs and bacon pieces
Spray your donut tin and pour egg mixture into 4 evenly
Bake for 10 minutes
While egg is baking, divide up your ham slices, unwrap cheese slices and slice english muffins
Pile your ham evenly on each bottom piece of english muffins
Once your egg donuts are done, place on top of each ham piles
Add cheese slices then top of the english muffin
Wrap in foil and refrigerate!
When you are ready to reheat, unwrap foil and wrap sandwich in paper towel. Heat for 1 minute
