Start your day with a delicious, hot and filling breakfast bowl. This comes in at a whopping 51gm of protein. Tater tots aren't just to be eaten as a side with a burger my friends...stick those suckers in the bottom of your breakfast bowls or in your omelets and BAM you have yourself a tasty treat!!
Air fry blackened chicken and tater tots at 400° for 9 minutes; leaving the taters in for another 2
While the chicken cooks, scramble up the eggs and microwave your gravy.
When the chicken is done, cut up into but size pieces.
When everything is cooked, fill your bowl with tater tots, eggs, blackened chicken, country gravy, a sprinkle of cheese and a dash of Daks Blackened Seasoning.
