Instructions
Season both sides of the Snapper
Air fry at 400 for 20 minutes, flipping half way through.
While your fish is cooking, dice your mango, red pepper and cilantro then put into a small bowl.
Squeeze a lime or add 1/2 tsp lime juice to the bowl of fruit and veggies and mix. Set aside.
In your other small mixing bowl, whisk your yogurt, honey and 1 tsp lime juice and set aside.
Once your fish is cooked, take out and place on a plate.
Put your tortillas into the air fryer at 400 for 2 minutes, flipping half way through. If you want them lighter, cook for 1 minute.
Lay out your tortillas and top with cabbage, Snapper, mango salsa and drizzle of your crema. SO GOOD!
