Cajun Bowl Meal Prep
These bowls have all sorts of spice and love in them! I couldn't decide on blackened chicken or spicy chicken sausage so I chose both!
With the blackened chicken at 0 points it is a no brainer to add it to this bowl.

Instructions
Cook your rice in the pressure/rice cooker
Air fry the chicken at 400 degrees for 9 minutes
Cut up your sausages and pan fry with the blackened seasoning
Warm up the roasted corn (I used Trader Joe's frozen) in a fry pan until they are no longer frozen.
When your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces.
Once the rice is done, measure it out and place into each of your bowls.
Finish putting everything into your bowls and top your rice with a dash of blackened seasoning. BAM!
