Cajun Bowl Meal Prep
I enjoy cajun style food! I went to New Orleans once and WOW the food is just as incredible as the energy and the town itself! These bowls remind me of there with the cajun vibe.

Cajun Bowl Meal Prep
These bowls have all sorts of spice and love in them! I couldn't decide on blackened chicken or spicy chicken sausage so I chose both! With the blackened chicken at 0 points it is a no brainer to add it to this bowl.
Equipment
- 1 Pressure Cooker/Rice Cooker
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 4 Glass Storage Containers
Ingredients
- 10 AmyLu 64gm Chicken Sausage Links
- 16 oz Tyson Blackened Chicken
- 4 cups White Rice
- 1-1/3 cup Roasted Corn
- 2 tsp Daks Blackened Seasoning
Instructions
- Cook your rice in the pressure/rice cooker
- Air fry the chicken at 400 degrees for 9 minutes
- Cut up your sausages and pan fry with the blackened seasoning
- Warm up the roasted corn (I used Trader Joe's frozen) in a fry pan until they are no longer frozen.
- When your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces.
- Once the rice is done, measure it out and place into each of your bowls.
- Finish putting everything into your bowls and top your rice with a dash of blackened seasoning. BAM!
