Canadian Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwiches
This is one of my most popular and my most favorite meal prep breakfast sandwich. These come in at only 4 points so how could you go wrong?

Instructions
Fry up your egg in the fry pan.
While that cooks, slice your muffins.
Unwrap your cheese and divide up your canadian bacon.
I do not toast my muffins as I heat them up when I heat my sandwich. If you prefer them toasted, now is a good time to do that.
Lay out the bottom muffin pieces and assemble with your canadian bacon, egg, cheese then the top of your muffin.
I let cool then wrap up in foil. Some prefer sandwich bags or wrap in a paper towel before the foil. This is your choice.
