Cheesy Bacon Hash Browns

This turned out SO good! Best part is you can put anything you want into a hash brown bowl!
We ran out of eggs so I went through my fridge and freezer looking for food I can pull together quickly. THIS was perfect!

Equipment

  • 1 Large Fry Pan
  • 1 Small Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/2 cups Ore Ida Hash Browns
  • 2-7/8 Tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 25 gm Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 tsp Daks Original Red Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Light Sour Cream

Instructions
 

  • Fry up your hash browns med/high heat with combo of non-stick spray and light butter spray (ICBINB).
  • Add your seasoning to the hash browns and make sure to flip them and add butter spray periodically to get slight crisp.
  • While you're hash browns are cooking, dice up your onion and caramelize in the small pan with non stick spray. Only use water as you brown the onions.
  • When your onion is almost done, add bacon pieces to crisp up and mix.
  • Once your potatoes are done, add the bacon, onions and cheese then mix al together.
  • Put your mix into a bowl and top with green onions and sour cream!
