Cheesy Taco Pasta Bowl
Let's TACO 'bout how amazing this looks! This big bowl of beef taco pasta is delicious and very filling. Why did I wait so long to try this.
To make this cheesy I used three different types of cheese and it was PERFECT!

Diced Campari Tomatoes

Diced Onion

Fresh Cilantro

Roasted Corn (I use either Trader Joes or Del Monte)

Instructions
Boil Pasta
Fry up your diced onions with ground beef and taco seasoning
Heat up your corn - using fry pan or microwave
When pasta is done, strain
Add in your cheeses to the pasta and stir together
Add the rest of your ingredients except for tomatoes and sour cream - stir
Put your pasta into a bowl and top with diced tomatoes and sour cream
