Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Pasta Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 cup Carba-Nada Pasta - dry
  • 8 oz Chicken Breast
  • 6 tbsp Bolthouse Farms Ranch Dressing
  • 4 tbsp Bacon Pieces/Bits (I love Kirkland brand)
  • 1-1/2 cups Romaine Lettuce
  • 1 tbsp Shredded Fresh Parmesan (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded (you can use solid if you find light version)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 2 Mini Cucumber

Instructions
 

  • Air Fry chicken at 400
  • Boil your pasta
  • Cut up your veggies and set aside
  • Once pasta is done, transfer to a large mixing bowl to cool
  • When chicken is done, cut into bite size pieces
  • Add everything except for parmesan cheese to your mixing bowl, add ranch dressing and stir together
  • Transfer your salad to a serving bowl and top with green onions and freshly grated parmesan cheese
