Chicken Cordon Bleu Crunchwrap
This turned out amazing! I was concerned that the cheese wouldn't melt well but it did and WOW so perfectly.
I love chicken cordon bleu and can't believe it took me so long to turn it into a crunchwrap.

Instructions
Air fry your chicken at 400 for 8 minutes or however you cook it
Warm up diced ham
Lay out the flatbread
Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
Layer starting with half of your cheese, chicken, ham, dijon and remaining cheese then sprinkle with seasoning
Fold up like a present (check out my Instagram story highlight on how I fold)
Spray the folded side with butter spray and set into pan at med/high
Cover with lid and cook for a few until golden brown. This will melt your cheese inside!
Spray top of your crunchwrap and flip. Cover
Once that side is golden brown, spray all sides and fry till golden brown. I put my wrap between my butter spray bottle and spatula
Cut in half and enjoy!
