Chicken Cordon Bleu Crunchwrap
If you enjoy chicken cordon bleu like I do then you will love this crunchwrap! The gooey melted cheese in this is perfect and still low in points!
Chicken Cordon Bleu Crunchwrap
This turned out amazing! I was concerned that the cheese wouldn't melt well but it did and WOW so perfectly. I love chicken cordon bleu and can't believe it took me so long to turn it into a crunchwrap.
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
Ingredients
- 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
- 3 oz Diced Chicken Breast
- 2 oz Diced Ham
- 1 slice Thin Sliced Swiss Cheese
- 1-1/2 oz Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joes)
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 serving Daks Green Zest Seasoning
Instructions
- Air fry your chicken at 400 for 8 minutes or however you cook it
- Warm up diced ham
- Lay out the flatbread
- Once your chicken is cooked, cut into bite size pieces
- Layer starting with half of your cheese, chicken, ham, dijon and remaining cheese then sprinkle with seasoning
- Fold up like a present (check out my Instagram story highlight on how I fold)
- Spray the folded side with butter spray and set into pan at med/high
- Cover with lid and cook for a few until golden brown. This will melt your cheese inside!
- Spray top of your crunchwrap and flip. Cover
- Once that side is golden brown, spray all sides and fry till golden brown. I put my wrap between my butter spray bottle and spatula
- Cut in half and enjoy!
