Chunky Monkey Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)
These turned out AMAZING! They taste just like banana bread which I love and is so comforting to me.
I am obsessed with these blended baked oats and excited to come up with even more recipes using this cooking method!

Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (dry)

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Baking Powder

Simply Delish Sugar Free Keto Banana Pudding Mix

Lilys Milk Chocolate (chopped into small squares)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 4 ramekins with non stick spray and place on cookie sheet, set aside
Blend all your ingredients except for walnuts, chocolate baking chips and 4 banana slices.
Pour evenly into each ramekin.
Top each with your chocolate chips and walnuts. (not your banana slices yet)
Bake for 20 minutes
Add a banana slice to each ramekin
Bake another 5 minutes. (time may vary per your oven)
I reheat mine at work for 80 seconds!
