Chunky Monkey Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

I am obsessed with the viral TikTok blended baked oats! There are tons of different ways to make them and I have a lot of delicious ideas so keep your eyes peeled for more of these!

These are so stink’n easy to make, SO delicious and best part is they are healthy! If you love freshly baked breads, muffins, cinnamon rolls and more…you MUST try this way of making oats for breakfast!


Chunky Monkey Baked Oats (TikTok Recipe)

These turned out AMAZING! They taste just like banana bread which I love and is so comforting to me.
I am obsessed with these blended baked oats and excited to come up with even more recipes using this cooking method!

Equipment

  • 1 Oven
  • 1 Blender (I use Ninja)
  • 4 10 oz Ramekins
  • 1 Cookie Sheet

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Quaker Old Fashioned Oats (dry)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 10 gm Simply Delish Sugar Free Keto Banana Pudding Mix
  • 15 grams Lilys Milk Chocolate (chopped into small squares)
  • 16 gm Lilys Dark Chocolate Baking Chips
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Butter Extract
  • 2 tsp Swerve Granulated Sugar Substitute
  • 2 tbsp Walnut Pieces

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Spray 4 ramekins with non stick spray and place on cookie sheet, set aside
  • Blend all your ingredients except for walnuts, chocolate baking chips and 4 banana slices.
  • Pour evenly into each ramekin.
  • Top each with your chocolate chips and walnuts. (not your banana slices yet)
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Add a banana slice to each ramekin
  • Bake another 5 minutes. (time may vary per your oven)
  • I reheat mine at work for 80 seconds!
