It's Taco Tuesday and I am celebrating with this delicious chicken taco crunchwrap! Whey spend the money and calories going through the drive-thru when you can make an even better version at home for less calories and Weight Watchers points?!
Use a small glass bowl or 10" ramekin and cut two rounds out of a flatbread.
Fry the two rounds in your fry pan with EVOO or spray butter then set aside on a paper towel.
Dice up your tomato.
Mix your sour cream, taco seasoning and squeeze of lime to make a crema.
Once your chicken is done, dice up in small pieces.
Take your flatbread and layer starting with cheese, chicken, cheese sauce, fried flatbread round, lettuce, crema, tomato and more cheese.
Fold up and spray the folded side and place in your med/high fry pan and cover.
Once it is browned to your liking, spray the top of your crunchwrap and flip then cover.
Once that side is browned, spray all around the sides and use your spatula and ICBINB spray bottle to hold as you turn to brown the rest of your crunchwrap.
Lay on a cutting board and cut in half! Enjoy!
