Copycat Taco Bell Chicken Crunchwrap

It's Taco Tuesday and I am celebrating with this delicious chicken taco crunchwrap!
Whey spend the money and calories going through the drive-thru when you can make an even better version at home for less calories and Weight Watchers points?!

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/8 Cut da Carb
  • 1/3 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar
  • 2 tbsp Medium Salsa Con Queso (I use Tostitos)
  • 4 oz Chicken Breast diced
  • 1/3 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1/8 cup Diced Tomato
  • 1/2 Lime Wedge
  • 2 tbsp Light Sour Cream
  • 2 tsp Dak's Taco Seasoning
  • ICBINB Butter Spray

Instructions
 

  • Air fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes.
  • Use a small glass bowl or 10" ramekin and cut two rounds out of a flatbread.
  • Fry the two rounds in your fry pan with EVOO or spray butter then set aside on a paper towel.
  • Dice up your tomato.
  • Mix your sour cream, taco seasoning and squeeze of lime to make a crema.
  • Once your chicken is done, dice up in small pieces.
  • Take your flatbread and layer starting with cheese, chicken, cheese sauce, fried flatbread round, lettuce, crema, tomato and more cheese.
  • Fold up and spray the folded side and place in your med/high fry pan and cover.
  • Once it is browned to your liking, spray the top of your crunchwrap and flip then cover.
  • Once that side is browned, spray all around the sides and use your spatula and ICBINB spray bottle to hold as you turn to brown the rest of your crunchwrap.
  • Lay on a cutting board and cut in half! Enjoy!
