Country Chicken Breakfast Bowl

There’s just something to be said with having a delicious hot breakfast covered in country gravy! Its a comfort food thing for me. These bowls help keep me full for hours. It is the perfect breakfast for the weekend for me because we then will go out and run errands or do something else so we are away for a while. I don't usually get hungry after eating this for about 4 hours which is a long time for me. LOL

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Seasoned Rotisserie Chicken Breast
  • 1/8 Cup Libby’s Country Sausage Gravy
  • 1 Hashbrown Patty
  • 1/8 Cup Lite Shredded Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Air fry the chicken and hashbrown patty at 400° for 10 minutes. 
  • While the chicken cooks, scramble up your eggs.
  • Microwave the sausage gravy.
  • Once everything is cooked, put everything in your bowl starting with the hashbrown patty, eggs, chicken, gravy then melt the cheese on top!
  • Season with whatever you’d like! I used Daks Original Red.
