Country Fried Chicken Breakfast Bowl

This breakfast bowl is one of my all time favorites! The flavors are so perfect together and I could eat this every week.

Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Microwave or Sauce Pan

Ingredients
  

  • 1-1/4 cup Ore Ida Hashbrowns
  • 3 Eggs
  • 4 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
  • 1/8 cup Libbys Country Sausage Gravy
  • 1/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
  • 1 serving Original Red Seasoning (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Air Fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
  • While your chicken is cooking, fry up your hashbrowns and scramble your eggs
  • Warm up gravy either in the microwave or sauce pan
  • Once everything is done, layer your bowl with hashbrowns, eggs, chicken, gravy and shredded cheese
  • Microwave your bowl until the cheese melts
