Country Fried Chicken Breakfast Bowl
Fried Chicken is such a comfort food for so many people, including me! Why not start off your day with fried chicken for breakfast?
When I go out for breakfast I always order chicken fried steak. Usually it is not made with actual chicken but holy cow when it is even more delicious!! I could eat this breakfast bowl every day but with it being higher in points, I have to plan well for the rest of my day. It is worth it though friends!!
Country Fried Chicken Breakfast Bowl
This breakfast bowl is one of my all time favorites! The flavors are so perfect together and I could eat this every week. Team Chicken for me!!
Equipment
- 1 Air Fryer
- 1 Fry Pan
- 1 Microwave or Sauce Pan
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup Ore Ida Hashbrowns
- 3 Eggs
- 4 oz Just Bare Chicken Breast Chunks
- 1/8 cup Libbys Country Sausage Gravy
- 1/8 cup Lite 3 Cheese Blend Shredded
- 1 serving Original Red Seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Air Fry chicken at 400 for 10 minutes
- While your chicken is cooking, fry up your hashbrowns and scramble your eggs
- Warm up gravy either in the microwave or sauce pan
- Once everything is done, layer your bowl with hashbrowns, eggs, chicken, gravy and shredded cheese
- Microwave your bowl until the cheese melts
