Caramelize your chopped onions in a small fry pan. I fry them on a high heat, once start to brown add a little bit of water, stir and repeat that process until it is all golden brown.
Whisk your eggs then pour into your sprayed pan on medium heat
Once your sausage patty is done, cut up into small pieces
Warm up your country gravy in the microwave
Once your eggs are done on the bottom and still slightly runny on the top, add your hashbrown, sausage pieces, caramelized onions and cheese. Fold in half.
Cover to melt the cheese and then plate.
Pour gravy over your omelette and a dash of Daks seasoning.
