Country Sausage Omelette

This has all the country feels for me, including my Mason plate! I love sausage, whether it is chicken, pork or veggie. This I made with a MorningStar veggie jumbo sausage patty which I absolutely love. The spices are perfect in this and the size is ideal for breakfast sandwiches.

  • Whisk your eggs then pour into your sprayed pan on medium heat
  • Once your sausage patty is done, cut up into small pieces
  • Warm up your country gravy in the microwave
  • Once your eggs are done on the bottom and still slightly runny on the top, add your hashbrown, sausage pieces, caramelized onions and cheese. Fold in half.
  • Cover to melt the cheese and then plate.
  • Pour gravy over your omelette and a dash of Daks seasoning.
