Creamy Cheesy Cajun Chicken Pasta
I cannot begin to tell you just how amazing this turned out!! If you like creamy, cheesy and spicy then you will love this.

Tyson Blackened Chicken

Cajun Seasoning (I used 1/2 Papas Pepper Extreme and 1/2 cajun)

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Yellow Onion (chopped)

Seedless Sweet Red Pepper

Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk

Fat Free Vegetable Stock

Laughing Cow Light Swiss Cheese Wedges

Reduced Fat Cream Cheese

Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joes)

Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
Boil your pasta
Air fry chicken at 400 for 9 minutes
Chop up your onion and sweet red pepper then add to a saucepan and fry until softened on med/high
Add the rest of your ingredients to the blender and blend (leaving some grated parmesan aside for garnish)
Add your sauce to the pan and turn to medium
Drain your pasta and add to your sauce
Once your chicken is cooked, slice up into bite size pieces
Add everything to your bowl and top with parmesan cheese and parsley
