Hawaiian BBQ Pizza

This is an oldie but a goodie! I had some diced ham I needed to eat up so I thought I would make a delicious pizza.
I love pineapple on pizza. It seems to be a definite conversation starter that at times gets a bit heated for some. HA! I am definitely team pineapple when it comes to my pizza.
Yep...others will say that fruit doesn't belong on pizza. I beg to differ.

Equipment

  • 1 Cookie Sheet
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (I love Trader Joe's)
  • 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
  • 1/2 cup Diced Ham
  • 3 tbsp GHughes BBQ Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Diced Red Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your over to 375
  • Lay your flatbread on a Pam sprayed cookie sheet and spray the top of the flatbread.
  • Lightly spread the BBQ sauce on your flatbread.
  • Add the cheese, ham, pineapple and red onion.
  • Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
  • Top with fresh cilantro.
