Homemade Jerk Seasoning

If you love spice like I do, this is a great one! Most everyone probably has this entire list of spices in their pantry like I do.
I used this in my Honey Garlic Jerk Chicken Skewers and WOW soooo delish! You can just use this to make Jerk Chicken.
Put this into a sealed container and will last up to 6 months!

Equipment

  • 1 Small Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Swerve Brown Sugar Substitute
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Thyme
  • 2 tsp Ground Allspice
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Dried Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Mix all your seasonings!

Notes

I seasoned 1-1/2 lbs of chicken breast for four lunches which came out to 1 Weight Watcher point per lunch!
