Mango Habanero Pulled Pork Pizza

This combo was AMAZING! I've never been disappointed using this sauce. Pulled pork thought....WOWZERS this I cannot even stop talking about.
If you like sweet and spicy then THIS is for you! We had leftover pork so this was a win win on quick and easy!

  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joe's)
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 3 tbsp GHughes Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
  • 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
  • 6 oz Shredded/Pulled Pork
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
  • Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
  • Take out your flatbread and spread your Mango Habanero sauce lightly covering entire flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
  • Add the pulled pork, pineapple and red onion
  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • Take out, top with cilantro, slice and ENJOY!
