Mango Habanero Pulled Pork Pizza

HOLY HABANERO!! This was FANTASTIC and I could have eaten two of these bad boys. As most of you know, this is my all time favorite sauce. Then to combine it with pulled pork is NEXT LEVEL!

Team pineapple pizza over here. How about you? It’s a big fight started bringing this up as people are super passionate about it whether they hate it or love it. LOL There is no in between.


Mango Habanero Pulled Pork Pizza

This combo was AMAZING! I've never been disappointed using this sauce. Pulled pork thought….WOWZERS this I cannot even stop talking about.
If you like sweet and spicy then THIS is for you! We had leftover pork so this was a win win on quick and easy!

Equipment

  • 1 Microwave
  • 1 Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cut da Carb Flatbread
  • 3/8 cup Lite Shredded Mozzarella (Trader Joe's)
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Red Onion
  • 3 tbsp GHughes Mango Habanero Wing Sauce
  • 1 Dole No Sugar Pineapple Tidbit Containers
  • 6 oz Shredded/Pulled Pork
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
  • Place your flatbread on a lightly sprayed cookie sheet then spray the top of your flatbread. I use Pam cooking spray.
  • Once your oven is preheated, bake your flatbread at 375 for 2 minutes, flip and bake another 1 minute.
  • Take out your flatbread and spread your Mango Habanero sauce lightly covering entire flatbread.
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese, covering your flatbread.
  • Add the pulled pork, pineapple and red onion
  • Bake for another 11 minutes. Watch for your desired browning.
  • Take out, top with cilantro, slice and ENJOY!
